I have purchased xuv 500 sports edition on june 2014, dl 10ct0912 my car is in under warranty. Due to rusting problem i have changed the three doors but the agency prime auto mobiles faridabad. Says the graphics are not under warranty you will pay for it, but when i have pruchase it they said all items of car is cover under warranty till three years.

    My name is Krishna Kumar.. My long time dream was to buy XUV car... Finally I got the car from nelson manikem road showroom on 17 aug 2016.. But on the day of delivery itself ibwa ng happy bcoz while bringing the car from down to top... Ur company person who was sitting at the back opened the door when a two wheeler was crossing the car so the car got scratched and was damaged the paint in the car gone... So then I left the car and went ur person promised me that they will rectify the scratch an give they did so and after 3 month on november he sunroof started leaking inside while raining... Again I went it was rectified... Then when I was traveling Bangalore by night the headlight was not proper it was ng as bright as other vehicle... I was scared to travel with my family in car by the night because of the light... Since I got the car I am not satisfied at all.. I am totally fed up of the car I received.it was my dream but now I feel why I got did... Pls do something to make a clear bright light in car head light...

Three times i have submitted my vehicle to service center at kottayam but water service not done i complained this matter to the manager every time but he said it will clear next time now 3 months it was not cleared kindly make necessary arrangement to clear this issue

        The pain tail started as soon as I bought XUV 500 from GSP motors 2 years back. I am dividing this mail into 2 parts. Current issues faced with GSP Motors & overall issues with their workshop

        1. GSP motors had fixed the windshield of my car in Nov 2015 & it always use to make cracking sound at speed breakers or uneven road or while applying breaks. The same was highlighted to GSP motors in Nov 15 itself & they got the windshield pasted again. But the problem continued.
        2. While shifting to new office & pasting the parking sticker few months back I realized that windshield is not pasted well at that corner & it lifts upto a centimetre at least.
        3. When I told to GSP motors they took 10 days to get the car picked up (1st Capability issue with GSP, not reaching on time at the location specified to pick up the car) with several follow ups. Initially they said it will cost 5500 but on pressing hard that it’s their mistake of not pasting the windshield glass they got this done in warranty.
        4. While doing this they created 2 problems for me
        a. Blocked something that leads to water inside the car picture attached
        b. Broke the plastic cover on the rain sensor attached to windshield glass
        5. With several follow ups they again picked up the car to solve the things as captured in mail below & kept the car for two days. But created 3 another problems
        a. Bluetooth & screen that used get hanged once a week & then will start normal function after car was switched off & start. Now has permanently disabled Bluetooth function. I can hear the voice of incoming/outgoing call but the person on other side cannot hear my voice.
        b. While I was told that GSP has removed some block that was leading to water inside car & now the same problem will not happen again, but they proved wrong as the problem stands as such.
        c. Glass of driver window has started making noise while taking the same up

        Javed, I have been getting a good service for my Scorpio earlier, hence requesting you to get the car picked up & sort out these three issue as GSP seems to have hired people from cycle repair shop & has a clear capability issue.

        General Issues with GSP

        1. Every time my car has been sent for repair they have never completed the job in one go & it requires 2-3 visits to sort out the concern.
        2. In one of the visits I had sent the car just to dry-clean 1 sq foot area behind driver seat as my kid had vomited inside the car for which GSP charged me for whole car Rs. 1500 but I had to send the car two times again to get the same cleaned.
        3. In one of the service they broke one leg of the LCD player mounted on the driver seat for which they replaced later but it was hassle
        4. For every excuse they say we have new manpower & please give us one more chance, but are actually good for nothing.
        5. I think because of these issues I had a heated discussion with Chuahan, Virinder etc they deliberately replace the Original spare part & change with damaged one be it the problem with mic or Bluetooth not working properly or Motor that takes the driver glass up & down. I could be wrong. But need to understand that what happens in the two days when car is sent to workshop that Bluetooth & driver glass that has been functioning fantastic from 2 years suddenly goes bad or some line gets chocked that leads to water inside car.
        6. VERY very poor on communication & updating status to customer

        I have had a very bad experience with GSP & rather than giving them more chances & getting more spare parts damaged of my car would rather prefer RR automobile to sort the 3 problems
        1. Bluetooth call (FM, Disc & other functions are working well)
        2. Water inside car
        3. Motor repair or replace of driver window.

        Javed request your help to get the car picked.

        Chauhan – despite your personal promise to check the car personally before delivery, which didn’t happen, you failed miserably on customer satisfaction. I cannot allow you to experiment further with my car.

          Hi,

          I bought a kuv 100 from mahindra punjab automobiles, near sola flyover bridge, s - ghighway, sola, ahmedabad on 9th february 2017. I didn't receive my r c book (Registered certificate copy) till now. I called them 100 times for the same and these people are answering very irresponsibly. Finally, they are saying now, we are not responsible for your r c book at all, we sell the vehicle and our duty is finished there. I contacted the customer care head of this showroom, she is also not responding properly.

          May i get any help in this issue...???

          I request to solve my above mentioned query on 31st May 2017. I didn't get any positive reply or solution for this problem. I am driving my vehicle without R C Book since last 5 months and Punjab Automobile Ahmedabad is not ready to take any action for the same. These people are totally unprofessional and irresponsible.

          Please someone guide me how can I resolve this problem... AT last, I need to take any legal action...

            I had given my xuv 500 (Ch01as6324) to your authorised service center silver jubilee motors at hadapsar, pune on 30 may 2017. After a whole day when i received my vehicle the problem i had indicated of reverse sensor and functiononing of start / stop persisted. I had to return to again get the issues resolved but surely not to my full satisfaction. More hurting is the arrogant behaviour of one of the technicians who attended to these issues. Am sure your esteem company maintains better ethos which need to be percolate it to your service centers too.

              To whom so ever it may concern,
              I had booked my service with service advisor for 30 may 17 for 0930h.
              I reached the service stn of os motors jodhpur promptly at 0915h. The service advisor took my veh in the wksp at 0935h and in addn to service there were two complaints brakes and tail boot not opening..
              The brake pads had to be changed for which i gave a decision in 05 mins and the tail boot started working imdtly...
              For changing the break pads and carrying out service at 40000km they have taken 4hrs and still not completed the wk... Now the mechanics are on lunch break and i have to wait for another 2 hrs for veh to be ready..
              I request pl do something so that customers are not harassed like this... If i have to wait for a whole day to get a veh serviced then there is a big problem with service dept of the company..

                  Sir,
                  I purchase a kuv100 k2 model from royal motor tollygunge. With in 1 week my music system and charger port damaged and fuse of the car burn due to short circuit. After complain to the royal motor they exchange music system and change the fuse with new one but after that day again same problem face in charger point and i went to the service point at kalikapur they also told that if my my cars jerk or move then fuse has gone. They do not solve this problem.

                  Please kindly look after this problem and solve it as early as possible. Otherwise it may be a serious grievance against you.

Vide bill No.RBR18A000157 Dated 08.05.17 Rs.13935.00 and Bill No.RBR18A000179 dated 13.05.2017 Rs.4575.00. We specially mentioned the complaint regarding the faulty working of A.C of the vehicle. In last occasion when vehicle was send you regarding the complaint of A.C and it was ensured by the company that the fault of A.C has been removed now and it will not trouble anymore.

                      I have always been a fan of a mahindra jeep since 1985. I owned a jeep since then and my last one was the peugeot engine before i left for dubai in 1993.
                      I always owned a range rover in dubai. I moved back to pune in 2015 sept and was very impressed with your xuv 500 w 10 so i bought one on 30th sept 2015 from silver jubilee pune.
                      The first 6 months were great but after that the gps refused to work. It has been over a year that the fault has not been detected and i must have send my car to their service station over 10 times.

                      I'm now flustered and unhappy with your vehicle. Kindly do something about it so that my impression changes again towards your company and i keep patronizing it

                        Dear sir/mam,
                        This is in ref to my xuv 500 regn no hr51bb2055. I sent my vehicle to narain authomobile authorized mahindra service centre, faizabad road on 24 may 2017 for general checking as lots o[censored]npleasent sounds were coming while driving the vehicle. I opted for pick and drop facility.

                        After i received the vehicle in the evening, i got a bill of rs 2957 including doors adjustment charges rs 1000 plus taxes. But next day when i drove my vehicle then sensor is continuing showing the front right door open (This problem was not present at the time of sending the vehicle)

                        I spoke to narain automobiles, they said sir you have to again send the vehicle to us which i am not able to do in near future because of my commitments and otherwise also narain automobiles is around 15 km from my home. Why i should suffer for the mistake which they have done.

                        I am afraid, i sent vehicle for door adjustment. They did it but never tried to find out whether it has been done correctly. I am seriously worried about service provided by mahindra as same poor service has been provided to me by gomti motors, arjunganj, lucknow earlier also which forced me to change service centre to narain automobile this time.

                        Moreover at service centers, staff posted at centers themselves fill the feedback form.

                        I want to know is this because up people does not work properly or it is everywhere like this.

                        Please look into matter as service providing is as important as selling the vehicle and i am afraid to say service at mahindra is becoming highly unprofessional which should be a matter of concern.

                          I have been visited Tirupati Automobiles @ Bijnore, UP on dated 18th May 2017 for test drive of Mahindra TUV 300.

                          He didn't behave properly and never took my contact details for further communications. I didn't see any enthusiasm in him to sale it. Sales guy's name is Alok Bharadwaj.

                                Dear Sir
                                This mail is regarding the KUV-100 bought from M/s Global Gallarie Pvt. Ltd. last year in the month of April.
                                My plan for buying a Mahindra vehicle was only because I wanted to give a try for Indian make cars rather than using other brands. But my dream o[censored]sing an Indian car has turned into a nightmare for me for the past 3months.

                                The vehicle has developed serious defects which resemble sheer negligence of quality check before the machine was rolled for on-road sale. The situation is such that under heavy traffic condition when we regularly use clutch n brake, the car vibrates and comes to halt. On reigniting the engine, the process fails and takes around 10-15 mins to restart again. Sometimes it even takes an hour to start under this condition. Recently while traveling with my family the same problem occurred and it didn’t even start after an hour of hardship, which made me to make immediate arrangements to the family members to travel back home rather than waiting for my KUV100 to start under scorching heat.
                                The car has developed this snag in 1year of my purchase and entitled to a free repair because the existence of such a serious defect in a car which has only done 35, 000 kms indicates it was not at all of the acceptable quality when I made the decision which turned as to be a big mistake. As an example of my ordeal, in one of the instance recently took it to Mahindra Service center (Naigaon), upon their check they told me that we need to change the Clutch & Pressure plate and it will solve the problem. And even on getting those parts replaced for which I have been charged considering that the problem being faced would be gone once and for all. But it was a disappointment again as after 3-4 days the KUV100 developed the same problem again.
                                Even ordinary wear and tear could not account for the problem so big in the life of the vehicle. I am a careful and conscientious owner, as the general condition of the car shows. I had a great and successful journey with my previous car which has given good unforgettable memories. After a budget-friendly SUV being launched which I could dream of having to go with my pocket has also given me unforgettable memories which only has given me stories to advise people to be on backfoot and think not twice but 1000 times before investing and begin a journey with Mahindra
                                However, it seems my journey with Mahindra to Rise Upon is in falling to shatters. I don’t intend to disgrace the name and brand Mahindra has in the market. My only request would be to kindly have a proper quality check on the vehicle and give a detailed analysis and report on the occurrence of the problem and way forward to get it resolved. Please let me know as quickly as possible what arrangements you propose

                                Awaiting to begin the Mahindra Rise Journey again…….

                                  My name is ambarish.. I have xuv 500.. I facing suspension problem from first day when i got delivery.. Of vehical... I told executive to solve the problem... He told in first service it wil b sort it out.. But in service i got only bill of that job.. They changed bushes and some itoms.. I paid the bill... For your mistake.. But after it will not done properly... Again i lounched repeeted complaint...in 3rd service again i got bill for the bushes and labor charges... And in that service i got unauthorised work done by u..3m care etc... It is not fare business.. I dont want vehical if it is solved.. Completely... Keep vehical in your service center...in mahadevapura india garage..

                                    That i have purchased Mahindra XUV 500 in the year 2014 in the month of April.
                                    That in the year2015 Clutch plates of my vehicle got damaged after which it was replaced by the service center in Delhi naming Shri Durga motors charging me the complete amount. Then in the month of May 2016 gearbox was replaced by Shri Durga Motors charging me again the complete amount.Now again few days back my vehicle broke down after which the same was taken by RR motors and i was informed that my clutch plates are damaged again and the same needs to be replaced.
                                    Since the time i have purchased the vehicle i am getting troubled and i believe that i have been given a defected vehicle.
                                    I do not wish to get my vehicle repaired by these service centers and i want my vehicle to be replaced.
                                    That i wish to inform you that Mahindra is involved in malpractices and i feel cheated.
                                    kindly look into the matter as early as possible.

                                      Its with great joy that am writing this compliant because you have saved me from purchasing one more vehicle of mahindra made. I have already cancelled the order for mahindra bolero recently i had been to mahindra ig worshop mysore for servicing my vechile. I was warm welcomed by the staff by making me wait for 30mins to send someone to attend my vechile. Later i waited for 2.3 hours for a test drive and was told that the vehicle will be delivered on the same day which they later changed to the next day morning. Next day when i went there i found that the guy who wrote my job card was on leave and was taken time till1pm. When i enquired on 1 pm they told at 4pm. At 4 pm they told everything was ok and get your vechile at 5pm. Sharp 5pm i was there at the workshop and after regular questioning about my vehicle at 6.30 a guy came for my help since all other were least bothered. He took another 30mins to find out my vehicle was not yet serviced. Later i talked with manager and after a very long fight some mechanic came and told that my vehicle was ready for delivery with all complaints rectified even when the guy who came for my help told it was not. Another 30 mins for my bill to be made ready with very arrogant words by the guy in billing area telling its not my job. Once a huge bill of 14000rs was paid i came to my vehicle and started my vechile. To my surprise the vehicle was not even getting started. The did some magic and managed to start the vehicle kept the vehicle outside their gate. Later i found out that none of my complaints were rectified and even my vehicle is not starting now. Thanks mahindra for this wonderful job were ii lost my hard earned 14000rs and my one day at office with nothing rectified. Thaks a lot.

                                        I suggest with honesty no one should buy mahindra vehicle.. I have my own tuv 300 - cg29a7500, they are saying that ulternater fault, and they have taken 10 days. Very funny for mahindra shame on you shout your company or service centre, keep my car as a gift.
