We have closed finance for xylo no. Kl29c3499 on 03.01.18, but we have not received noc. The person purchased our vehicle have filed complaint against me for not giving registered rc to him. Your kayamkulam office not given proper information. They told me that i have to give a cheque for getting some amount from mahindra, but they not inform that noc will get only after this amount. Now we are in trouble. Kindly necessary arrangement otherwise...
