Illegal charges of incidental charge Rs 9090 has been imposed over top of ex-showroom price.
As per RTO and supreme court incidental charges are illegal. Please help .

In the initial time itself while going through the bills, i have found that Dealer has taken the illegal charges of Rs 9090 as incidental charges (which are illegal as per the RTO and Supreme court),
I have raised the concern to Mahindra customer care over call around 1-July-2019 itself.
Further i have received a call from the dealer and they asked to meet personally before sending any mail to Mahindra.
Mr Abhishek and Mr Dinesh Panwar has came to meet me on 2nd July .
They told me that they can not refund the money now, but they can provide me the accessories of that amount,
They only denied to provide me the bills of the accessories and are also charging me high for the accessories(like for seat cover they said Rs 23000 in which they can adjust my 9090 amount).
As a customer it is very difficult to give this money without bill and also the price the accessory is very high as compared to M2M mall.
Also for addition, they have charged me 1000 Rs for fast tag, for which i have been continuously following but they have not provided that as well.
I have asked them to refund the money instead, for which they are continuously passing the days since then and finally now they said that they have already taked to Mahindra and they can not refund the money .
As per them this is mandatory charge from Mahindra and is charged every where,
I request Mahindra team to kindly get involve and help me in getting my illegal incidental charges reversed.
