I have placed an order in make my hobby for live aquarium fishes.
I have made the payment through neft see the attached document.
They promised me that they will ship in 1 to 3 weeks
But now its been almost 1 one month over that there is no response and they are not replying to my messages.
Kindly look into this and solve my issue at the earliest
