As a fellow Keralite, though I will patronize Malabar Gold & Jewellery showroom at Andheri West, Mumbai.
Today, 10th Dec, 2016 at 3pm, I had purchased a finger ring as per invoice no AND 5228
To check the purity of my wedding ring I had handed over to the Counter Sales girl who in turn had handed over to Vijesh to be tested on the Karat Meter of Fisher Make.
Please make a note, that my company SPECTRO also makes, sell and service Karat Meter-so I am aware how these instrument works
When they returned my wedding ring, I have noticed that the ring was damaged, it was filed away at two points . It shows nothing but malpractice done by this establishment wherein gold are filed away in the name of measurement.
The only compensation given was apologies and later on thier sales team assured they can polish /rectify the same within a couple of hours. This after agreeing much reluctance from my side, they later informed that it will be done and returned in 2-3 days. This was unacceptable.
THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY DISGUSTING AND HAS NEVER BEEN SUBJECTED TO SUCH A BUNCH OF ILL-TRAINED SALES TEAM.
Maybe one should visit the nearby jewelry store at Tanishq to more about the service they offer.
Further I am using this experience to share will all those of my concerned to never to visit this group for doing any business Was this information helpful? |
