Today 10th Dec 2016 I had purchased a finger ring as per the above mentioned invoice.
To check the purity of my wedding ring I had handed over to the Counter Sales girl who in turn had handed over to Vijesh to be tested on the Karat Meter of Fisher Make.
Please make a note, that my company SPECTRO also makes, sell and service Karat Meter-so I am aware how these instrument works
When they returned my wedding ring, I have noticed that the ring was damaged, it was filed at two points as seen in the enclosed file. It shows nothing but malpractice done by your establishment wherein gold are filed away in the name of measurement.
The only compensation given was apologies and later on your sales team assured they can polish /rectify the same within a couple of hours. This after agreeing much reluctance, they later informed that it will be done and returned in 2-3days. This was unacceptable.
THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY DIGUSTING AND HAS NEVER BEEN SUBJECTED TO SUCH A BUNCH OF ILL-TRAINED SALES TEAM.
Maybe you should visit the nearby jewellery store at Tanishq to more about the service they offer.
To conclude, how are you going to compensate for this damage and make your team responsible?
If I will not receive any response till the day end I will be putting the above matter in all the needful website and forum to share what I had to go through from your Andheri Sales Office.
