I had booked gold earring In Feb and paid 25000 advance payment. After making advance Payment I had noticed that screw of the earring was defective and I notified to the Salesperson, to which he said that he will get it corrected. By trusting his words, I made the full payment of 53100 INR on 7th March 2021. After 20 days I got the confirmation call from the store that the repairing has been done. when I went today, I found the product was still defective.
The Store Manager and Sales Executive were extremely rude and below was they mentioned to me:
Keval - Sales Person - He said you are confused and making me Confuse...I wanted to know, when I had explained about the defective screw and the same was acknowledge and sent to repairing and now when you have failed to do the repair how can you accuse your customers. Who are you to call me confuse?????
Store Manager - He said the gold earring which you have purchased is actually of a set along with neckless, which we usually don't give to anyone but we gave it to you...What kind of store manager he is to talk this kind of language. If you don't sale to other, then why you gave it to me...and this you have not given me free I have made the full payment and instead of repairing the product this is the explanation you are providing…strange that he is Store Manager..
Another Sales Executive came and tried giving me below solution:
His Solution was: - I can buy any other product however the making charges and GST will be deducted:
Do you think I am fool, first of all, you are giving me defective product and asking me to bare making charges and GST? Why????
The product has always been in the store it has been almost a month I made the full payment and have still not received it.
The store Manager, the 2nd Sales Executive I spoke to (I don't know his name) were extremely rude and made me extremely uncomfortable in the store. I do not wish to visit your store again in future. Kindly cancel the transaction and reverse the amount on the original mode of payment.
