Malabar Gold & Diamonds — gold selling

Dear sir,
Yesterday (3/02/2018) we visited your malabar gold show room in bangalore jayanagar for selling the gold (2chain) purchased from kozhikode malabar gold. Sales man taken weight for 1chain 16.694gm, he told they want to remove impurities... Normally all the gold shops are removing impurities just burn the gold.. But gold smith from malabar gold told he want to melt the gold. After melting weight was 15.794 almost 1 gm i lost. 1gm today rate 2850. The other chain they refused to take, saying that no malabar gold mark in that chain but that also we purchased from malbar gold kozhikode.
Last 7-8 years we purchased lot of gold from malabar gold kozhikode.
We were not expecting these type of cheating from malabar gold.
