I am delighted(in a negative way) with the service of Malabar..!! I have never seen such a service from anyone.
Those people are pushing customers not to come to Malabar again.
Below are the points:
1. Order was Delayed more than expected for which they have given multiple reasons.
2. There was no communication before for this order price change after manufacturing, but people sent me a quote and I paid.
3. I clearly said to send me pics before shipping but they never did, they are so interested in money and not in service it seems.
4. when we call customer service, they talk with high volume blaming us.
5. The Main point which made me more unhappy is, the way they sent an order. I placed an order for two different products(Necklace and earrings).
How come they clubbed it and made a set? I clearly said those are gifts at the time of purchase. Now as it went as a set, people who received it thought it was set for one person and how would I convince them to distribute the necklace and earrings between you. Was this information helpful? |
