Respected Sir/Madam,
I had purchased 2 bangles and a lot of other stuff from Malabar store (South extension, New Delhi) in 2020 on the occasion of my marriage. The bangles looked classy (because of the unique design) when they were bought but within a few weeks it started showing manufacturing defects i.e The bangles got separated from each other. To avoid any further loss I stopped wearing them and I straightway went to Malabar for replacement of the bangles which never happened even though they agreed that the product sold has an inherent manufacturing defect. After a lot of conversation, I was advised by a few of their employees to get it repaired and promised that this would not happen again.
With a heavy heart, I got it repaired back from the Malabar store (they almost took a month) and again started wearing it. Within a week the bangles again broke and got separated from each other from the same place (same defect which was fixed earlier). I went to theirr store for its replacement and they were speechless on seeing it again. Now I was clear that I want a replacement this time.
Since they have no control on the replacement (as per the illogical rules of their company), they again asked me to go for a repair which I didn't want to go again. I don't take any responsibility for getting a defective product repaired again and again for the lifetime. I am attaching a few pictures for your reference.

Please help me in getting it replaced for a new design of bangles without any extra making charges. This is clearly a company's fault and consumers should not be held responsible for that.
