On 25.12.2016, I had with family visited Malbar Gold Show Room at 22, Camac Street, Kolkata along with Friend and his family. We had some purchases there also. But the behavour of the persons dealing with us and the Cashier were baffling us. Minimum courtesy to offer seats to us to see the items we like to purchase was missing. I had to remind for that and then we got a seat. Further at the time of making payment, I expressed my displeasure at the counter, but that person was still hopeless and non challant. Even, he was so demcare that he was not bothered when I told to record my observations in the Visitor's book. I recorded by views and experience in the Book kept in the show room and mentioned my name and Contact Number.
More than a month has passed I have not received any call/response from someone who cares for its Customer. This indicates that the Showroom and the persons are lease concerned for the service and quality of items they sale. Hopeless ...
