We have booked a engagement ring of 2 quantities on 17th july 2023. Also, we have done the advance amount of 15000 rupees on the date of booking and as per the commitment they have given the date of delivery on 16 th august 2023. After repeated follow up no any response from the sales team. So visited the shop on 15th august and asked for the ring to the concerned sales person they have told us the reply that the mentioned date of delivery is on 16th august so you come on tomorrow. We have contacted the person on 16th august 2023 and they have told that the product can’t be delivered today it will be delivered before the engagement day. How they can be given the false commitments to the customers. We have visited the shop again directly and met the sales executive as they have revised the delivery date on the receipt voucher and compromising us with their again the same words only they can deliver on the end date. What if they can’t delivered on 18th on my engagement day. The function will be cancelled and we can’t get the satisfaction and timely deliverable trust on the brand. We are purchased lot of product from the same shop and this is the worst experience we had. Expected the last hope on 18th. Required support on the superiors above the sales person of the shop.
