Hi Team,
I have enrolled for a Gold Scheme with Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Habsiguda in Feb 2021. Initially I told the salesman that due to covid, I may not be regular in the monthly payments. Then the team assured that we can pay the payments the next month if you cannot pay for a month.
Due to covid second wave, I delayed my payments for few days but later I paid all the payments. Now when I am nearing to encashing the scheme they are stopped the scheme for me ABRUPTLY without any intimation. Also they initially promised me a rebate of 12% wastage while purchasing an ornament and now they say that I am entitled for only 10.5 % wastage reduction.
Also I am not entitled for any discounts i.e. If I buy the ornament without scheme they charge me 17% wastage and if I buy the ornament in gold scheme they will charge me 22 % wastage.
And none of these are given in the Terms and Conditions of the brochure.
