I bought earrings from the online store (Website) of malabar gold and diamonds and had scheduled delivery (To the bangalore location) on a particular date for an occasion. Until 1 day prior i had no confirmation that my order has been dispatched or not hence i called the customer care to confirm whether my delivery was scheduled for the next day or not.
To my shock i got to know that my order had not been even dispatched from their mumbai location and they asked me to wait few more days for the delivery!!! They ruined my occasion by doing this manual error. It is their executive's mistake completely by screwing up my order.
By wasting infinite time, mood & energy on call with the online support team i was giving alternatives like 'maam why dont you visit our store in bangalore and buy the product'... Wow! Really!?... If i wanted and could buy it from the store then why would i have bought it online!!!
Finally after much headache they promised me delivery 2 days after and after demanding refund they agreed for a part amount as soon as my order gets delivered.
2 days later i received the order but for the promised refund i had to call them again and again and then they told me that it has been initiated.
Again... After a week when i received no confirmation of refund (They had promised me a screenshot) i reached to the customer support again and got to know that they had not initiated the refund yet!!!
After my complain they initiated it!!!
For a simple order they ruined my occasion and made me follow up with them sooooooooo many times that i will never ever buy from these goons and will never recommend anyone to buy from their online stores everrrrr.
Now what do they think the customers are? Some fools? For your knowledge the refund is yet not reached my account!!
