I am Baban Gawad from Palghar, Maharashtra owned Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI (MH 12 EM 2258) from past four years.

I dropped my car in last week of March and collected on 30th March 2015 with payment of 7, 114/-
As I moved little far from spectra moters I came to know parking lights are not working, cover of folk lamp was misplaced in workshop and scratches on outer side of dicky. I contact in service center regarding such problem quickly. Initially they said it was due to your fault (how one can talk to customer like this, No respect, inferior customer treatment) but after that they ensure me that we will send our people to your place and do the needful. I called twice and thrice to service center but every time I received arrogant, negligible, irresponsible answers by receptionist Ms. Sonali. I request her to connect my call to Mr. Chetan Parab who operated my car or Manager Mr. Pravin Chaudhari but she always refused with answer they are busy with customers. If they are busy with customers then who am I?
This is second time I am complaining due to this incident my family members, friends are also insisting me to sell swift and go for Hyundai or Chevrolet because of their service and respect to customers.
I am requesting you please look into the matter and do the needful.
Here I am enclosing a copy of job card, and receipt of payment.
