Dear Sir,
My maruti Celerio Car having registration no DL5CJ-8420. My complaint is on my car First Service at
Fair Deal Sahibabad Service Centre I get the bill of second service instead of first service. I
complaint to service centre they told me that at the time of second service they resolved the matter
and make the correction in bill. At the time of second service at Fair Deal Noida Sector 10 they
misguide me and do the service of R.R. (Running Repair) instead of second service. The invoice bill was
received by me from driver of company who drop my car to my home and bill amount of Rs. 1250 paid by me
to company. When I talk to regarding person they can’t solve my problem and told me do whatever you
want complaint or anything what so ever. I am having extended four year additional warranty. If any
problem held regarding service who will manage the problem.
On dated 03/11/2014 I lodge a complaint no [protected] through customer care. On dated 13/11/2014 I call
customer care for enquiry of my complaint the status is complaint is under process. On dated 03/11/2014
I again call customer care for enquiry they told me that the complaint was closed. I request customer
care to reopen my first complaint they give me another complaint no [protected]. Why they closed the
complaint without resolving the matter and without informing me. I haven’t receive any message or call
from them. I request you to resolve my problem and take stick action against the regarding persons.
