My car vitara brezza zdi+ model 2018 is having steering problem sticky response and strange sound coming from steering. The car is well under warranty till July 2023. Also website mentions cars with steering Problem were replaced free of cost. When I take it to authorised dealer he accepts there’s a problem and he’s telling I can’t get replacement although it’s in warranty. When I called Maruti helpline he says steering is covered under warranty.

I want the replacement to be done free of cost.

    My self dr shardul kanase. I am paediatrician working in satara civil hospital as permanent government doctor. Sir I have booked Wagnor 1.0 lit engine in March 2022 with token amount 5 thousand rupees then upgraded to top model wagnor r 1.2 lit ags red black in april. I booked car on terms of paying cash amount on spot.
    I got call from dealer 2 days back that car is available and please pay ur bills. During payment maruti told me to pay 1.5 lakhs and remaining amount to be full fill in 2 days as it is month end and we have to clean by month end, surprisingly then manager and workers started calling for urgent payment they are coming to my work place even home without prior notification their presence and arrogance was threatening.
    As decided I am ready to give cash amount on spot now dealer is not ready to accept cash. I personally request him it’s issues of 7 lakh and 27 thousand it will be tough for me to deposit all cash suddenly in account as it will have negative impact on my ITR file .kindly give me 14 days time I will deposit amount and by 15 days I will provide cheque. As I have waited 4 months for car now please adjust for small period.
    Despite understanding problem of customer dealer is threatening me and my old father about to pay as early as possible otherwise we will sold car to other.
    Firstly I have waited for almost 4 months and car is being dispatched on my name how can someone threaten me and my father about payment.

    The behaviour towards doctors from maruti is shameful

      Its almost 3 months over since I booked by Ertiga 2022 Facelift! The sad part of no one either Maurthi or Dealer is not ready to give me a ETA. Both of them are washing of the hands... I am consumed on whom I should now reach to ? Need to raise a complaint and fix this asap.

        Hi Team,
        I am reaching out to you with regards to a recent experience in your Hennur Mandovi service center.
        I have been a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki & Mandovi from 2005. Started with Maruti 800 - KA 09 N 7136 & now owning a swift, gypsy & baleno. But with the recent experience, I am not positive of continuing my relationship.
        Just to give a heads up on my situation, I received a call from your service center yesterday ( Jul 26th ) that my vehicle is due for service & there are some additional discounts available if I get it done today ( Jul 27th ). Promised Discount was some additional 1000/- reduction on the overall bill, 5% discount on spares & 10% discount on labour. But however when I was billed, there are no discounts given to me. I have attached the bill I received for your reference.
        My only suggestion would be that stop promising customers about the discounts that you ideally do not offer. In my case, i am not looking at any discounts but an accurate service would be appreciated. I would have planned & serviced my vehicle as per my convenience but with the promised discount, I was made to rush for the service & later realized that there was no discounts listed in my bill as promised.
        I am hoping that you will fix this issue & ensure the customers are not cheated. Otherwise you can run your business the way you feel is right but however I am not getting back to you in future which includes my other vehicles as well.

            My XL6 is not working

            I recently purchased XL6 Alpha Amt on 20, May2020 from Vipul Nexa near Bata Chowk, Faridabad, Haryana . And sometimes it doesn’t able toh start. Firstly this was happened in morning on 18july. Emgine itself of while i was driving and after this car was not started. Then we took car to maruti service center and they ask to hand over the car for 2 days and tood us that there is an fault in fuel injector . After 2 days car was working properly....

            Hello,

            I am writing this complaint regarding the delay in delivery of the Maruti Ertiga ZXI CNG car that booked on 4th November 2021.

            The promised delivery period was maximum 36 weeks which has already been passed and I am still waiting for the confirmation and there is no confirmation yet.

            I have been constantly following with velox motors and relationship manager but they are just giving the approximate dates which again going on another dates. Now even not answering the calls and doesn't reply back.

            I even tried to reach to Territary sales manager who told me, he will check but then no response. I think Maruti doesn't care about their customers.

            I am not happy with this and don' t find trust in any angle. After waiting for 9 months, still getting further dates and no confirmation.

            I need confirmation and date, when I will get the delivery? My order number is SOB21001768.

            I hope you will take this on priority and do the needful.

              I am a Defence Officer presently posted in Ranchi I would like to apprise you of a shocking experience I had to face at Sudha Motors Ranchi where I gave my Maruti Swift Dzire JHO2Z0961 for servicing.

              There was no problem with the vehicle per se I gave it for servicing only for the reason that it had completed one year since the last servicing was done

              After I received the vehicle back for Sudha Motors following servicing the vehicle developed a snag induced by the manipulation of the staff at Sudha Motors

              The problem was that whenever the vehicle stepped over a speed breaker it made a loud sound from the front wheel probably due to shock absorber issues

              I rang up Sudha Motors and apprised them of the issue They told me to get the vehicle back to the service station which I did After 48 hours I was told that necessary repair has been carried out in the vehicle and the sound issue has been taken care of So I came to collect the vehicle However when I did a test ride with the mechanic the vehicle made the same sound as it was doing previously after the servicing I was taken aback since I never expected this type of lackadaisical attitude from a Maruti Service Centre

              My agony did not end there as the management at Sudha Motors told me to leave the vehicle for a re-check I was also told that I will be charged for the repair this time

              This was not acceptable to me since the snag was not present initially and it developed only after servicing and it was induced by the staff at Sudha Motors Moreover I had already paid for a complete annual service as per the bill produced to me This attitude left me distraught and I left the service centre without getting the vehicle repaired further

              This was the first time I had such a nasty experience at a Maruti outlet Earlier I was posted at Allahabad Durgapur and Chennai but there we no issues at Maruti outlets whatsoever and the staff was also cordial

              May I request if you may investigate at your end and take necessary remedial measures so that customers like me do not suffer in future As for the problem which as developed in my car courtesy Sudha Motors I will get it resolved at any road side garage I firmly believe that the mechanics there will be more skilled than those at Sudha Motors

              Needless to say I am a Defence Forces doctor with a hectic schedule and these people have wasted so much of my time because of their casual and reckless attitude

                It has been 15 days since I bought the car. I use gadi regularly. And takes care of the car. Now what are you going to do about it? I can't afford a painted car. Why do we use cars so sparingly? We sent the service on your trust. I found the service very bad. There is no responsible person from you who can give me proper answer

                I purchased a new car from maruti suzuki .
                1) Taken from Kharghar on 9-7-2022.
                2) On[protected] I sent the car to the service center in Kharghar for service.
                3) The driver came to collect the car from my house. He checked the car completely. Photographs of the car were taken. And took the car to the service center.
                4) Brought the car at 5 in the evening. While I was looking at the car, I realized why the car was scratched, I immediately showed it to the driver. Say that sir let's go to the service center. I went to the service center. The car was shown and the manager who was there at that time said, Sir, our main manager is not there today. They will come tomorrow and give you a reply.
                5) I emailed at night. WhatsApped. I did not get any kind of positive response.
                6) I called Amjad Shaikh in the morning at 12.15 pm. Sir, what is the solution for this now?
                1)Managers are there and don't know how to talk to customers.
                Strong foul language. I talk to you, you come to the service center, threaten. So does Maruti have Don people?

                2) Why do we send cars to authorized service centers? as faith. My car was taken for 15 days. Should I use a Repaint Car now?
                If I wanted to use a repaint car, I would have bought a second hand car.

                  The incident was reported on 16th July. When I was returning home. Suddenly on highway . Sound came from the car and we stopped tye car on highway NH24 near patparganj. At that time engine was leaking from engine. We took the car with the help of RSA from insurance company. Where we meet with Mr deshraj who give us negative feedback. Stating car must be hitted with stone that the reason it happened. Post complete investigation over there we came to know . No accident appear and no dent appear near the engine area. Even though no dent on complete car. They told us that chamber has been burst. We asked the reason of so. How come in driven condition chamber can be burst. They told us that might be due to water. I asked him simple question. If maruti cars are not manufacture in such way that it can be drive in rainy season. Then what is the purpose of buying maruti cars. On this he said car was completely flooded in water. Again I asked him simple question. In Delhi we have not seen any such rain. And if the car was gone in water. How come engine started. It could sealed there in itself. It's completely The sign of not giving proper service yobtye customer. And hiding the fault of manufacturing defect. My car never went in to the water. And the same was examined at that time by their complete technical team available. And they said the same thing to us as well. At that time they made the statement. That we will send the mail to maruti and same will be rectified. But now today when I had a word with dearlship manager Mr. BALBIR. He said your engine is damaged due to water and that has to be bear by you and we will provide the cost by today eod.
                  My question is why wrong picture is been shared . No water went in the engine we are driving the car non-issue found earlier. And on roa driven car how come this can happen.

                  Looking forward for the support from maruti that they must look it personally and resolve the matter.

                  Else I need to go in consumer forum . Satingbhatbwe have been cheated by giving defective engine. Which is true.

                  My only request is to look it to it and resolve the issue.
                  One .ore thing. Dealership service advisors were asking me
                  Do you have insurance of engine protect. When my car is not get accident they why should I get it done through insurance. This is engine fault and that should be corrected by maruti only.

                    Hi Maruti Team,

                    I am writing this complaint regarding the delay in delivery of the Maruti Ertiga VXI CNG car that I booked on 20th April 2022.

                    The promised delivery period was 10 to 12 weeks. I got verbal confirmation from the dealer on this. The period of 12 weeks ended on 20th July 2022 and the vehicle is still not delivered.

                    I have been constantly following up with my dealer and they keep giving me new dates. They are saying that delay is beyond their control and is from Maruti's end, and they don’t have any information until Maruti dispatches the vehicle. I have been waiting for a long and trusting the commitments from Maruti and the dealer but now I don’t even know when my car will be delivered. I am even open to a change in colour if Maruti gives me a choice.

                      I have done last year my ertiga vdi car accident work from maruti authorised showroom from seva automotive dhule.now I see which part I repair from showroom is become rusty and worse it's that mean showroom are not using good quality material and worker are not professional to done this perticular job.I am very upset about this quality of job and maintenance from maruti suzuki.

                        सर कपिल मुकाती मैंने अपनी कार को स्विफ्ट कार नंबर mp09we4313 में फुल बॉडी और अन्य सामान स्थापित किया और चूंकि मेरी कार में बहुत समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है और न ही कोई सामान को ठीक से स्थापित किया गया हे और पानी भी कार के अंदर लीक हो रहा है और अंदर भर हुवा रहता है फिटिंग कंपनी और जो किया गया है वह पुरी तरह ठीक से नहीं किया गया है, ओर काँच भी कभी काम करते कभी नही करते, दरवाजे भी थरथराते है, महोदय, मैं अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरी कार में जो भी त्रुटि हुई है, उसे हल करें यह काम मेने डागा मोटर्स लालघाटी हलाल पुर बस स्टैंड वाले वर्क शॉप पर करवाया था

                          मैं हेमंत वाधवानी ने आपकी कंपनी की मारुति सुजुकी सुपर कैरी लोडर गाड़ी खरीदी जिसका गाड़ी नंबर एमपी 19 एल 2073 है
                          सतना में सिटी कार सर्विस सेंटर में मैंने सर्विसिंग के लिए गाड़ी भेजी जिसमें गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग के साथ ऑयल चेंज करने के लिए भी हमारे द्वारा कहा गया पर अफसोस सर्विसिंग कराने के बाद 20 दिन बाद ही हमारी गाड़ी चोक हो गई हमारे द्वारा तुरंत कंपनी को फोन करके बताया गया कंपनी का एक बंदा पुष्पराज सिंह आया जिसने गाड़ी मौके पर देखते ही बोला कि गाड़ी में आयल बिल्कुल नहीं है हमने कंपनी के विनोद त्रिपाठी से बात करके यह जानकारी दी कि हमारी गाड़ी में अभी 20 दिन पहले ही आयल डलवाया गया है जिसका पैसा भी दिया गया है पर गाड़ी में आयल नहीं है यह कैसे हुआ विनोद त्रिपाठी जी ने बोला गाड़ी आप भेज दीजिए हमने उनके कहने पर 13 मार्च 2022 को गाड़ी सिटी कार सतना में भेज दी जो हमे तीन महीने बाद 4 जून को 2750 रुपए लेकर मुझे गाड़ी दी गई

                          महोदय 3 महीने गाड़ी सर्विस सेंटर में खड़ी रहने से गाड़ी का बीमा भी 3 महीने लेफ्ट हो गया और बैंक की किस्त भी नहीं जा सकी

                          गाड़ी मिलने के दिन से ही गाड़ी से धुआं निकलने लगा इसकी जानकारी हमने फोन पर सेलेश यादव को दी उन्होंने कहा कि इंजन में काम हुआ है हो सकता है इसलिए धुआं निकल रहा हो दो-तीन दिन निकलेगा फिर नहीं निकलेगा फिर हमने दो-तीन दिन बाद फोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि अभी हमारे पास मिस्त्री नहीं है जब मिस्त्री आएगा तो आप एक हफ्ते बाद भेज दीजिएगा
                          मैं 10 दिन बाद पुनः कंपनी गाड़ी लेकर गया जिस पर कंपनी वालों ने कहा कि टंकी में कचरा है उसको साफ करना पड़ेगा उसको साफ करके उन्होंने पुनः मुझे गाड़ी दी

                          दूसरी बार गाड़ी बनने के बाद भी गाड़ी से धुआं निकलना कम नहीं हुआ फिर हम कंपनी के विनोद त्रिपाठी जी को लगातार कई फोन लगाते रहे लेकिन उन्होंने हमारी फोन कभी नहीं उठाया फिर हमारे द्वारा शैलेश यादव जी को किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि गाड़ी की टंकी अभी साफ हुई है तीन-चार दिन गाड़ी अभी धुआं छोड़ेगी तीन-चार दिन बाद भी जब गाड़ी को हमने चेक किया तो दुआ गाड़ी का निकलना बंद नहीं हुआ जिसके लिए पुनः शैलेश यादव को हम कॉल करते रहे और उनका मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ आता रहा पिछले 10 दिन से

                          तब मैं कंपनी के लोगों के व्यवहार से तंग आकर अपने चाचा मनोहर सुगानी पत्रकार जी के साथ गाड़ी लेकर सिटी कार दिनांक 23 जुलाई को गया और मैंने कंपनी में उपस्थित विनोद त्रिपाठी को बताया कि यह गाड़ी जबसे बन कर गई है तब से इस में धुआं आ रहा है मेरे चाचा ने उनको यह भी कहा कि त्रिपाठी जी आप फोन क्यों नहीं उठाते हैं इस बात पर वह दुर्व्यवहार करते हुए जोर जोर से चिल्लाने लगे और मेरे चाचा का अपमान भी किया है तो हम लोग गाड़ी छोड़कर वहां से चले आए है

                          फिर दो दिन बाद गाड़ी उसी कंडीशन में वापस लाकर अपने घर में खड़ी कर दी है
                          अस्तु आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे साथ न्याय कर मेरी गाड़ी दुरुस्त कराई जाए और सिटी कार सतना के विनोद त्रिपाठी जी के व्यवहार को भी सुधारा जाए यह निवेदन है आपसे

                          सतना में सिटी कार सर्विस सेंटर में मैंने सर्विसिंग के लिए गाड़ी भेजी जिसमें गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग के साथ ऑयल चेंज करने के लिए भी हमारे द्वारा कहा गया पर अफसोस सर्विसिंग कराने के बाद 20 दिन बाद ही हमारी गाड़ी चोक हो गई हमारे द्वारा तुरंत कंपनी को फोन करके बताया गया कंपनी का एक बंदा पुष्पराज सिंह आया जिसने गाड़ी मौके पर देखते ही बोला कि गाड़ी में आयल बिल्कुल नहीं है हमने कंपनी के विनोद त्रिपाठी से बात करके यह जानकारी दी कि हमारी गाड़ी में अभी 20 दिन पहले ही आयल डलवाया गया है जिसका पैसा भी दिया गया है पर गाड़ी में आयल नहीं है यह कैसे हुआ विनोद त्रिपाठी जी ने बोला गाड़ी आप भेज दीजिए हमने उनके कहने पर 13 मार्च 2022 को गाड़ी सिटी कार सतना में भेज दी जो हमे तीन महीने बाद 4 जून को 2750 रुपए लेकर मुझे गाड़ी दी गई

                          महोदय 3 महीने गाड़ी सर्विस सेंटर में खड़ी रहने से गाड़ी का बीमा भी 3 महीने लेफ्ट हो गया और बैंक की किस्त भी नहीं जा सकी

                          गाड़ी मिलने के दिन से ही गाड़ी से धुआं निकलने लगा इसकी जानकारी हमने फोन पर सेलेश यादव को दी उन्होंने कहा कि इंजन में काम हुआ है हो सकता है इसलिए धुआं निकल रहा हो दो-तीन दिन निकलेगा फिर नहीं निकलेगा फिर हमने दो-तीन दिन बाद फोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि अभी हमारे पास मिस्त्री नहीं है जब मिस्त्री आएगा तो आप एक हफ्ते बाद भेज दीजिएगा
                          मैं 10 दिन बाद पुनः कंपनी गाड़ी लेकर गया जिस पर कंपनी वालों ने कहा कि टंकी में कचरा है उसको साफ करना पड़ेगा उसको साफ करके उन्होंने पुनः मुझे गाड़ी दी

                          दूसरी बार गाड़ी बनने के बाद भी गाड़ी से धुआं निकलना कम नहीं हुआ फिर हम कंपनी के विनोद त्रिपाठी जी को लगातार कई फोन लगाते रहे लेकिन उन्होंने हमारी फोन कभी नहीं उठाया फिर हमारे द्वारा शैलेश यादव जी को किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि गाड़ी की टंकी अभी साफ हुई है तीन-चार दिन गाड़ी अभी धुआं छोड़ेगी तीन-चार दिन बाद भी जब गाड़ी को हमने चेक किया तो दुआ गाड़ी का निकलना बंद नहीं हुआ जिसके लिए पुनः शैलेश यादव को हम कॉल करते रहे और उनका मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ आता रहा पिछले 10 दिन से

                          तब मैं कंपनी के लोगों के व्यवहार से तंग आकर अपने चाचा मनोहर सुगानी पत्रकार जी के साथ गाड़ी लेकर सिटी कार दिनांक 23 जुलाई को गया और मैंने कंपनी में उपस्थित विनोद त्रिपाठी को बताया कि यह गाड़ी जबसे बन कर गई है तब से इस में धुआं आ रहा है मेरे चाचा ने उनको यह भी कहा कि त्रिपाठी जी आप फोन क्यों नहीं उठाते हैं इस बात पर वह दुर्व्यवहार करते हुए जोर जोर से चिल्लाने लगे और मेरे चाचा का अपमान भी किया है तो हम लोग गाड़ी छोड़कर वहां से चले आए है

                          फिर दो दिन बाद गाड़ी उसी कंडीशन में वापस लाकर अपने घर में खड़ी कर दी है

                          मैं हेमंत वाधवानी ने आपकी कंपनी की मारुति सुजुकी सुपर कैरी लोडर गाड़ी खरीदी जिसका गाड़ी नंबर एमपी 19 एल 2073 है

                            2. car Was already driven 180 Km ... Its Very Serious and I want Written Explanation and Answer On this ...

Fast Tag was Not available even after a month, received 3 days back after Long Follow Up, also The First Fast Tag was Issued for the Indivual Owner however its commerical registration and first denied to provide the same but i requested written explanation so change thier Mind and provide me the commerical Fast Tag ... Is it the Kind of Service ?
                            4. SUZUKI connect Not Happen Yet even after more than a month
                            5. Paid Cash but No Discount
                            6. Paid Cash and even after a Week no one was bothered to contact me ...I was called And asked about my Vehicle Delivery
                            7. insurance I was Suggested although it was not happened and Received other company insurance
                            8. Complementary Given, Car Body Cover, Perfume Rs.120 and Matt even though Cash payment ... Atleast Honour Some Request if customer Paid Advance payment and suffering from the Poor Service from day 1

                              MARUTI Suzuki Connect App

                              I bought a new car Baleno Zeta on 13 Jun .
                              Since that day i am unable to open Suzuki connect app, and its showing Connectivity lost for that i am unable to use .
                              I have raised 4 compain, but till now it has not resolved.

                              My maruti car dzire vxi JH01EA5130 purchased on 20 October 2020. I have a problems for opening real door from left side of back sheet. The door is locked and donot open either inside or outside. I submit the arya service centre a unit of barbate automobiles iti road fulchur gondia Maharashtra but they have not resolve of this problems. And donot cover foor cap properly. Door do not open and car handed over without solve problems. Take necessary action and solve problems.

                                Need a duplicate purchase invoice

                                Hi i have purchased second hand Swift dezire car in Hyderabad, i need duplicate invoice of the car Reg no: AP10AP8160, because i need to do correction in My RC its mentioned as "SWIFT" only instead of "SWIFT DEZIRE" could you please help me with duplicate invoice to do correction in RC.
