Grand vitara Sunroof Blind

The new Grand vitara is the Maruti's current champion for compact SUV, only problem lies within the interior of car wherein the Blind of the sunroof is so thin that it creates heating issues for it's passengers as the climate is very hot and humid in India.

I wish that Maruti could just improvise in this, surely it will generate more customers so it's a win win for both parties....

More than 4 months now,but still Ertiga not delivered yet

I have been following up with the dealer and he says that Maruti Suzuki is not dispatching any Ertigas to them.

Quality of sheet body being used for manufacturing cars

I want to show the quality of body. It's never hit. It's only a normal hand pressure applied on body which make as a dent. If this type of body or guage sheet is using in manufacturing of maruti cars so how can you prove your quality assurance supplied to buyer....

Booking amount not refunded inspite of cancellation of the booking

I have e-booked Maruti ertiga zxi cng variant in the month of 20th April 2022. The booking made through marutis official website and I selected the preferred delivery from Popular maruti Pallikarani, Chennai Branch. Since the popular showroom took a long time to deliver... (Even till now no delivery).. i have cancelled the booking on 15th Sep 2022. the website said it will take 3 to 4 working days. But till now the refund is not processed....

Repeated servicing of my Ertiga car and recurrence of the same problem again and again.

I have purchased my Maruti Suzuki Ertiga car Petrol (WB20AZ2928) at the fag end of March 2018 from OSL Motocorp Pvt. Ltd. Since then I have serviced my car regularly from Maruti approved service centers. Last 5 times I serviced my car from Dewars Garage Ltd., 27/2, Taratala Road, Kolkata 700088.

Suzuki Intruder 155

I bought my Suzuki Intruder 155 in 2019 from Sodhi Auto Sonipat Haryana - 131001but just few days later I had observed noise in handle bar and I visited to showroom and they just tight handle bar but the problem doesn't resolved and again I visited showroom and they didn't do anything meaningful and the scenario continues for a year and once 1 year completed, they told me Cone set is broken and charged for this and after part replacement...

I have booked MARUTI BALENO ALPHA 1.2L ISS AGS, on March 23, but have not received the vehicle yet. The standard delivery date informed was 12-16 week but it's been almost 6 months now without any proper communication from Maruti suzuki india. The dealer promised me to deliver the car in 1 month and therefore the entire amount of loan was despatched to the dealer.
I have been paying EMI for the last 5 months without receiving the car....

Delay in delivery - Brezza

I Booked my Breeza 2022 ZXI+ varient blue color on June 9th 2022(pre-booking). Still I didn't get a proper response from the showroom guys. It's almost more then 3+ months i waited. I can see other dealers are delivering the vehicle with same variant.

Delaying my car delivery.

I had booked my car on 28th of September this year, the salesman that time promised me of delivering my car within 1 month but its already 40 days up now but he still tells me that the car is yet to despatch. Please look into this matter. This is very much annoying. If you guyz promised than please fullfill it....

Battery replacement

I have bought Suzuki access 125 from Maa Suzuki Koh ae Fiza Bhopal and after around 8 to 9 months of the service and the battery of the bike was creating problem and I went to the showroom and get it checked, they told me to replace the battery and took my battery and told me that come after 7 to 10 days and they will replace the battery and I have been calling them since then that there is no response from the showroom and the showroom manager...

I booked a Brezza Vxi, White, Metallic on 19/7/20222 In DD Motor, Delhi. At the booking time Mr Amit (Sale person) assured me, DD Motor will deliver the car by 20/08/2022. When I followed him from time to time on calls and WhatsApp, I didn't get any proper answer or reply from him. On 19/08/22, I called him and asked for delivery.
