Safety Issue:Maruti SX4 Gear shifting issue

Purchased the SX4 ZDI in 2012. Having the Gear shifting problem. Not able to shift the gear from 2nd, 3rd, 4th to 1st. Gear is not engaging. Hi, I am an owner of Swift and on my first servicing i was educated by your technical member that my AC filter is not fitted it is a factory fault so i have to get it fitted at a cost which they charged Rs.450/-.
