I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my car, bearing registration number KL26N 4755, which was purchased from the esteemed dealer, Induz Motors, on June 22, 2023.
Since the purchase, I have been diligently servicing my vehicle at Induz Pathanamthitta, ensuring its optimal performance and longevity. However, during the recent 10, 000-kilometer service, a concerning issue came to light. It was discovered that some of the wiring cables had suffered damage, resulting in the burning of the cooler fan blade. Upon investigation, it was determined that this unfortunate incident occurred due to the ingress of plastic debris from the road surface during operation.
I immediately brought this matter to the attention of the authorized service center and requested that the damaged parts be replaced under the terms of my insurance policy. However, to my disappointment, my request was denied, and I was informed that full payment would be required for the replacement of the burned components.
I must emphasize that my vehicle has not undergone any alterations since its purchase. Moreover, being a full-option model, it did not include a bottom cover beneath the engine, which could have potentially mitigated such incidents.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request your intervention to reconsider my insurance claim and approve the necessary payment for the replacement of the damaged parts.
