Maruti Suzuki India — Not resolve my problem

Address: Plot no x38 near gole roadlines MIDC MAHAD

First thing on 5th July I have seen all body sides scratches present, your team also seen that on same time.

Next not any discussion about again delivery, I have said to all of your team for cancel this car at the same time.

After that not your sale team visited for delivery, that team is coming for try convinced accept this car delivery and all time I have meet them, discussed about that and I am saying for cancel this car every day.If you have said that not responding from my side then it's impossible things happen these 10 days, atleast one day Or one time response.

On Monday, July 15th I'm not any single requesting for sent vehicle.Your Person has been said to me for atleast look this car condition.and this request also completed from your side because of heavy rain problem.(Ask to mithun or amit sir.)

I am not taking any delivery of car then how you had said this (We cannot keep the registered vehicle parked on our premises indefinitely)

That car is in your under then who responsible for that scratches

Why Registration not cancel,

I am saying from 5th July to till date I have not accepting this car and cancel this booking, not any single word come from my tongue for receiving or accepting this car.

Again you have try to convince forcefully for accepting this car delivery.

If one person is book car in your showroom but on delivery time this delivery is not possible from your side and return back to home empty, what is the feeling of that person...!!!after that from your team all persons try forcefully and pressurized all persons for accepting this delivery, If this all things is right from your side then this is not suitable to you and your maruti Suzuki organisation.

I am a small & poor person behind your organization so please understand my situation and don't try to me accept this car delivery.Your organisation is big and this is small problem for you about handling this situation

You have only days increasing and mentally torture to me, Now which kind of mood I am accepting this car delivery, imagining you on my position for that time and give me answer.
