My vehicle mh05dk5467 in the name of renu tours and travels, purchased vehicle from fortpoint automotive, dombivili in the month of january 2019. Vehicle is not yet completed one year and this is third time battery stopped working. Every time we called road side assistance and we faced lot of issue. Today we missed our business due to this. As i am single parent i am using vehicle for economical support. But if vehicle is giving issue might be battery overcharging issue?? Battery distill water gets evaporated. Vehicle is becoming offroad due to battery become discharged. This issue is already discussed with service team of fortpoint service center. They are not resolving my issue permanently. Customer is not in fault at all, who will bear the day to day loss?? My vehicle lost today’s business, tomorrow i am not sure whether i can get back my vehicle so tomorrows business i will again lose. Neither fortpoint nor msil is going to reimburse the same. I want permanent solution on this asap. Road side assistance checked vehicle and said there is no water in battery cell, my vehicle servicing done 1.5 months back, i am in question that if they have done battery servicing or not? I am really fed up with the vehicle issue. I cannot bare losses in my day to day routine. Need immediate solution on this.
