Maruti Suzuki India — Rust bubbles appearing on paint all over the car

I bought a ciaz hybrid petrol top model from nexa salt lake (Jyote motors pvt ltd) kolkata on 15 th december 2018.
I have a covered garage and water used for washing is corporation water but to my astonishment few rust bubble spots started appearing on some places in car, even where no water can stay for more than 2 min.
On bonnet, gate middle, etc. I am sure that the sheet metal which was used to make the car had rust and it was not treated properly before painting the car. Due to this i have lost the peace of my mind.
I had approached jyote motors but they said they have no workshop and should approach other maruti service centre
Then i approached machino techno (Durga road) but till date no reply is there. Its really shamefull for such a multinational company not looking after coustomers complains. Since 6 months i had been trying to find a solution but till date no results
