Somebody from GBIC called and said you are not getting benefit of your policy your agent is getting it, when I asked for solution he told me to transfer your policy to another company but for that you need to purchase another policy and customer care will call you and inform you that you are transferring policy from Max to Reliance, are you aware of that then I said yes.
Since then he hasn't called.
Two person involved:
1. Rajeev from GBIC ([protected])- this number is not reachable.
2. Alok from Max ([protected]) - this number is reachable but the person will say sir is not here but he is the same person because I recognise his voice. Was this information helpful? |
