I am working overall 6 years in this company...

Somebody from GBIC called and said you are not getting benefit of your policy your agent is getting it, when I asked for solution he told me to transfer your policy to another company but for that you need to purchase another policy and customer care will call you and inform you that you are transferring policy from Max to Reliance, are you aware of that then I said yes.
Since then he hasn't called.

I paid an amount of 999 for a product of MAX and the money got deducted from my bank but no confirmation regarding the order was made by either max or cc avenue. Kindly refund or confirm the order...

I was navigated to cc avenue gpay gateway
And I successfully made the transaction

But the order never got placed
Kindly help me...

I i need to know if wen i shop at any outlats in india that do i have to pay for a bag to carry th product home or th retailer should provide th costomer with a bag i had rade some whare th a bata costomer has filed a complain againt bata that they whare charging for th bag i dont mind in paying but if thay suppose to provide th costomer as per consumer forum ruling or no please let me know an pls give me advice...

I had bought a shoe pair from max some times back. Hardly i have wear that shoe as its kind of party wear. When today i wore for 2nd or 3rd time (Since i purchased) i started from home in a car, and reached my destination ib half an hr. That's it... After reaching my destination i found that half of the sole of the shoe is broken and it came put from the bottom of the shoe.

I have been following the “max” since 13th january 2019 through phone calls, chat and emails; and max customer care has not yet resolved the issue. I have asked max to escalate the said customer complaint (Obtained from max “1185844”) so far no action has been taken from max side.

From max, inorbit, hyderabad i purchased a trouser worth 1304 rs. But the cashier swiped my card twice and 2608 was cut from my account. The reversal of money has still not been done.. Its been about 3 weeks now. Ramkrishna and raju yadav are the persons incharge. They do not even pick the phone when i try to contact;if they answer, they just say that it is in process...
