Dear Sir

Today I also got cal from this number [protected] to deactivate agent code, when I told to mail me regarding this, then they said they haven't authority to mail. How our data has been leaked? Now I am going to stop all my Max policies and refund my money back.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today again i got a fake call from another number [protected], i am having proof of recorded call.

One thing i am not getting that how the person know my mobile number, my mother policy number etc.

I think Max Life insurance is playing a game with public, by fraud business.

I am not having the option to Place a manual complain on behalf of company, because of sharing the customer data like personal details with third party as well.

Thanks an regards,

How these callers have very personal information of mine when that was submitted to company on surety that they do not pass on information to such scamsters.
Dear Sir,

Fake Calls : recommending to redirect bonus to the policy holder

I got Two phone calls to remove agent code deactivation process from my EDELWEISS Tokyo insurance to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents, and asked me to confirm availability in hometown for collecting the following documents like:

1.Address Proof
2.ID Proof
3.Passport size photo
4.Cancelled Cheque

The caller saying that the bonus is of 1 Lakhs.

For that the policy holders have to create one dummy policy to deactivate the Agent code, and then the bonus amount will be credit to you directly to policy holder.

The caller asked me to pay 49, 000 it’s refundable and said will remove agent code from my policy. The amount had to be paid in terms of bonus etc The 1ST caller called from [protected] with name told me as Sukala and the final (supposed to be GBIC officer) called from [protected] with name told as Ankur Desai.

what surprises me is my personal data of policy /dob/ premium amount details etc are all with them. There is absolutely no data privacy .

My request is to please do the strict action of these fraudster at earliest.

Sir,

I got the same kind of call today . Exactly same . And I am not understanding how they are able to trace our policy number, registered mobile number.
These fraud people are still active. I got a call in the similar line to deactivate the agent's code (for Max Life policy in my wife's name) for getting bonus by paying Rs 30, 000 through a new policy. I have already reported the matter to the company. I wonder, how come these fraud people are still cheating people in the similar way for the last two years?
I also got similar call today. I also have the recording of it. I can share if it helps.
I got similar call today. They were not listening. I am wondering how my Policy Number, Amount, DOB, Nominee Details, Address are exposed to them. They will misuse such information anywhere else. Very Poor data handling by Maxlife insurance. I am going to cancel my policy, so that I will safeguard myself from further data breach.
I have received a similar call. These people are very sophisticated, generating fake complaint numbers and warning against other fraudsters. They claim to be from a third party company in Gurgaon and can release amounts from "lapsed" policies.

What is particularly disgusting is that they were using my mother's passing continuously to emotionally manipulate me and not think with a sound mind.

Max life insurance company is to blame for this as the fraudsters have complete policy details which is not possible without inside help from the company.
Me too got cheated by scammers claiming, they are from max life head office. They have all my policy details and tel no. I complained to local police station, axis bank and max life ERNAKULAM office with all tel.nos and bank details All just ignored. Police officer told me there are ex max life staff behind this. Max life office or their agent axis bank not even registered a complaint. So I discontinued the policy, still the scammers are calling me to pay premium to their account. Please don't get cheated by this people

Dear axis bank customer care.
Thank you for this quick response . I didn't get this when I lost money and complained to the branch. They advice me to to to police station . Ok...at least you could have take action to prevent further cheating. Still after 2 years, I get regular calls to pay again to the scammers. Means scammers are still at work and nobody can challenge them. What precautions you have given to the customers who purchased max life from you? Is there any records that how many complaints you recieved? Or how many people got cheated? How these people get full details of policy holder?
Your business is only to sell policies right?
When I complained max life branch ...they look at me without any feelings and I stand like a fool in front of them
Better to stay away from these since we don't know about different types of traps
Hi,
By now, I must have received more than 50 fake calls quoting my policy number asking for deactivation of Agent code to transfer the bonus amount directly to my account.
They are asking for the PAN card, Aadhar card and cancelled cheque and a deposit of Rs. 50k in a fund called Govt Return Fund.
Since I could sense and make out their intention, I avoided their calls. What about the people who would blindly believe their stories and get into the trap.
Is there no solution to this issue ? Cheating and a the only way to earn money ??
Friends, please beware and be aware of these people. Below are the numbers I got the calls recently:
1. ‭+[protected]‬ - Arjun - Fake1
2.[protected] Bansal - Fake2
3. [protected] - Bansal personal No - Fake2
Many other numbers which they keep on changing!!!

Hope someone will action and stop this Rocket !!

Keep my fingers crossed!!
