Max Life Insurance — pf final settlement.

Sir i am past employees of max life insurance company. And i left my job in
9/10/2019. I am join in 6/8/2018. I want my pf final settlement amount. Through online process i send request email in hr department but not respond. And block my email for further communication. My employee code is mn/jpr1091.

Please solved my this problem emediately.

I am bharat bhushan ojha.
Due to corona virus I want my pf deduction amount from max life exempted trust.
I am contacting with max life hr but not give me any knowledge about in this time how I use online process. To withdrawl my final amount.
Max life having my all detail. Like bank detail,
My pf deduction statement .
If they required any document more I send.

As I don't have job from last three months...And for survival purpose I need to withdraw my PF savings.
