MBMT — Issues with punctuality and MBMT staff

I had been waiting for the no. 12 bus which runs from Bhayander East Station to KD Empire from 1.30 to 2.30 pm today. After an hour of waiting, I asked the office what time the next bus was. One of the people answered, 'in 25 minutes'. I replied 'but I've been waiting here for about an hour'. Then I asked about the frequency and time table, the same guy answered 'every 30 minutes'. Then I told them how long I'd been waiting, and the same guy started answering. 'there's only one bus till 3 pm', until another guy quickly cut him off, saying 'a completely filled bus just left'. He was obviously lying because I'd been waiting there for so long and there were a few girls standing with me and they left outta frustration. Another woman had been waiting there even longer than me and the bus bench was all throughout my wait. The only bus I saw leave was a no. 14 bus which goes to borivali. So I told him 'I've been waiting here for at least 45 minutes and nothing left'. And at the end he sarcastically said 'Ok fine, you're right, nothing left, is that okay?'. I was running out of time so I left. Can you even explain this level o[censored]nprofessionalism and rudeness? And when I was asking these questions, there were at least 3 conductors and/or drivers lounging around in that office. And four empty mbmt buses were just sitting there. The no. 12 route is very important to commuters because no other public transport covers it. And it is so late and so unprofessional all the time. Please fix your problems and teach your staff some manners.
