While returning from work, my car was scratched by Bus no MH04 EP0551 on route 17 while the bus was about to reach last stop.
It was his mistake that while taking inward he didn't halt to allow opposite lane vehicles to move ahead and just rushed up straight, while his staring was still turned towards left...it's obvious that the right end of the bus was out and scratched my vehicle clearly leaving the bus pink colour on my car( silver)...

I would like to bring to your attention the extremely low frequency of MBMT buses operating on the Bhayandar West to Thane Station route.
Today, I was waiting for a bus at the Sainath bus stop from 2:50 PM to 4:10 PM, and during this entire period, not a single MBMT bus was available on this route. This caused significant inconvenience, especially for commuters like me who rely solely on public transport.

Due to metro work, the bus no. 21 from miraroad station to kd empire has changed the route from shivargarden to Beverly park, from last 3 months, daily the fare charged from Beverly park to kd empire is rs. 6, but today the conductor charged Rs. 8 from Tunga Hospital, where as i boarded the bus from Beverly .
On having argument with him, he stopped the bus and asked to get down, but i didn't got down and forced me to pay Rs.8...

I was traveling form bhayandar station to uttan on 22 September on Sunday..in that bus there was too much rush and i was sitting at last row at the back side people's who were sitting they were in group and l was left alone for ticket and conductor did not come back i shout him 2 times but i don't know he heard or not he had not come..after that 2 tc come for ticket checking that time i don't had ticket..i was trying to convince them but...

Due to rush conductor no provide ticket
The bus conductor was not able to provide the ticket due to rush and on regular basis he provides the ticket once the rush get off but during the visit of some mahanagar officers for checking the ticket he denied to confirm that he provides the ticket to passengers later and due to his unethical and irresponsible behaviour I was charged to pay penalty.

as usual I am travelling from bus last 5 years there is not problem but dated 09 april 2024 at time 17.59 i was travelling from mira rd to kashimira
conductor batch no w[protected] bus no.MH 04-EP-0533, i was getting out from bus out from backside in front side there are very much crowd was there so every time i request to bus conductor i m getting out from backside there is no problem but that conductors given bad words to me and hit to me
so i want him to be punish by your management so that request from to you sir...

This has became regularity now... Bus no 10 and 29 don't stop at there regular stop.. This is creating a lot of problems to the daily commuters.. Lot o[censored]nnecessary rush at the bus stop

This incident is of dated 18th July 2023, it was heavy raining and I was looking for a bus from Sainath bus stop to Thane east bus stop, while two bus of MBMT came i.e. Bus no. 1899 and Bus no. 1322 but they didn't stop. Bus driver of bus no. 1899 made gesture saying this is not stop and conductor of bus no.1322 stopped for getting down passenger but when I tried to step up, he said this is not stop, you cannot get into bus. Like seriously,...

I was travelled today morning 05/06/2023 from Nitin Company to Jupiter Hospital. He gaved me ticket for teen hath naka to kapurbavdi for 11₹ . The bus no. Is MBMT BUS MH04 KF 1901. Correct fare is 6₹ but he gave me wrong fare. Please take action and kindly repay my money.

Rude bus conductor
On 8th april at 7:10 pm i was traveling from manpada to muchchala clg by a borivali ac bus and the price of that ticket was ₹12 and i was not having any change so the conductor responded rudely to me by saying that i should get off the bus or else pay it online but when i called someone he took that money ₹20 from me and said that he will ask someone when my bus stop arrived he said do u want that change or not when i said no as i thought he wasn't able to bring the change again he replied that i was a rich brait or something which was extremely rude...

They charge me extra amount from me
I travelle in 12 number bus in timing of 9.45 pm I told to the connector for 1 station or 2 interlock naka ticket bus the give me 3 station ticker I tell him pls exchange the tickets bus the are arrugue with me and rudely telling me get off the bus. And stop the bus and argue with me. I tell him exchange the ticke bus his not change.

Misbehaving act by driver
I mst amol gautam would hereby like to bring you in notice that today I was traveling from my home to college and due to some reason my today's hault was not usual destination it was fountain the fare of the ticket was 18rs and I had 15rs with me so I asked my friend to lend me 3rs the bus conductor then said * a andya *lov* and after saying *lov* he stopped I don't know how come he can use such word on duty this is what mbmt teacher their staff in training after that when I said * bhaiya aise kya bol raho* then he said *tujhya aaila and went back* so rude behaviour later I said him that I will file a complain against you he said that * mera naam leke karde* means he had no fear of mbmt management mbmt should be shamefull for it an action should be taken against him

I am student of clg I am traveling from bus by everyday, in other cities AC buses facilities are available & the Mira bhayander big crowded public there's is not facilities of bus 12 no. Bus is coming very late, i only like to say plz add more buses or start AC buses to every area ex. new golden nest, ramdwara etc...

Driver is not following the rules and he was drunken

I was traveling from Mira road to Kashmira by mbmt transport bus but the driver doesn't halt at Kashmira bus stop after urging with me I have notice he was drunk and driving a bus which can harm or kill anybody with accident I request to mbmt to take action against driver and medical him .

My son while returning from school took bus number 17 from outside his school. In a hurry, my son got into the bus from the front door. Driver caught my son by his shirt collar & threatened him.
My son reached home with 2 of his shirt buttons below his collar missing.
Can bus drivers threat school kids in this manner.

Worst bus service in bhayander 12 no bus
The 12 no bus from kd empire to bhayander station is always 30 to 1 hour late . Also the two bus always comes together either together or none of the buses are there . This is going on continously for 20 days . I highly request to look in this because before that the buses were on time but now it is always late

Offensive bus driver behaviour
Please note this incident is of today 28 July 22, the bus started approx between 7:45pm-7:50pm from Mira Road station. A pregnant lady came through the front door and the front door was kept closed. This very ridiculous driver has not opened the door on purpose screaming at her to go from the back even though a pregnant lady is allowed to come through the front door. He spoke in a very bad and offensive tone to which many ladies were offended. She told him I'm pregnant.
Instead of waiting for her to climb the bus, just as she put 1 foot on the bus from the back door he started the bus. She would've almost fell. And then when she was telling him that this is wrong he started backtalking and was VERY PATHETIC. let me tell you neither the bus conductor helped her. He added fire to the situation saying humaari galti nhi hai.
Please take action on this driver. This as a woman has been very offending to me & all the other ladies who were trying to explain a logical thing to him & he still did not admit doing wrong. He needs to put up an apology on Every bludi bus he drives.
Attached is the bus number & the driver picture. (MH 04 EP 0633) Bus number 16.

Unethical behaviour of Bus conductor and Ticket Checkers
I took the bus from Mira Road station to Western Park.The bus number is 24.And I told the conductor to give me a ticket to Western Park, he gave me a ticket to Kashimira by his mistake.The fare for the ticket to Kashimira is Rs.08 and the ticket to Western Park is Rs.13.I traveled by bus for the first time so I didn't know the fare.The ticket checkers came, those people checked the ticket and said that you have to pay a penalty, I tried to explain them, it's not my fault, They didn't try to understand the situation and started talking rudely and started arguing with me I don't want to argue with them and I paid 200rs.I want to complain about that conductor. Because of his mistake, such a situation should not come with anyone.I'm requesting you please take action against that conductor.The bus number was "MH-04-E-0537"

Immediate stop and start of Buses at Bus Stop in Thane and Mumbai
It is a common practice of all bus drivers that they stop for few seconds without any concern if anyone is falling, struggling or running to catch the bus and also while stopping no concern whether anyone falls or is not able to drop down the bus immediately due to age or any other reason the bus takes off.
This is real danger to the life of common people who cannot afford pvt vehicles and go by bus to save some rupees and to get down on their stops.
Kindly look into the same and confirm the reason why such rash and reckless driving is done.

Not stop at stop to alight passenger

I took a bus no 16 from mira road station to tiwari collage and I wanted to get down at ostwal heights bldg which is 2nd last stop but the driver of bus no MH 04 EP 0535 didn't stop when I complaint him to stop the bus as I wanted to get down he rudely told me that when there is no passenger then they don't stop at the stop and took me to last stop and I took his video also government should do something for this kind of reaction from their staff as I have to walk all the way 500 mtrs to my destination this was against human rights I kindly request government of Maharashtra to take action against this

loud music in bus

I have been taking 29ac for almost 3 months now and everyday i have to put up with loud music playing in the bus. It would be nice if the driver could play the radio/music player at lower volumes.
The loud becomes a nuisance when i receive calls from clients. It's very embarrassing and uncomfortable to talk to them with this nonsense music playing in the background.
Can you please see that either:
1. Music is played in low volume.
Or
2. No music is played.
It may be noted that all passengers have mobile phones and can listen to songs on our own phones if required.

bus timings

MBMT mira bhyandar municipal transport.
They never portray their bus timings. They run their bus services in hiding and don’t come up during peak hours.
Either make their operatins transparent or scrap such services.
MBMT bus services fron Mira Road and Bhyandar to Thane east are pathetic. Their buses have no time and are least bothered. They are very insensitive towards customers. I recently cane running 500 mtrs to catch a bus but the driver did not halt the bus even after he saw me running for it. He just sped away. Such careless drivers shoud be thrown out of the company. The MBMT bus no.16 from Mira road station to lr tiwari college does not follow time table specially the 12:30pm bus which starts the journey 4 to 5 min latest or starts early 4 to 5 min .I think it should follow the time table as I'm college student I have to reach on time
