MBMT — Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Ticket Mismanagement by Bus Conductor on Bus No. 06

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning incident that occurred during my recent journey on bus number 06 from Uttan to Gorai on 06/02/2024. The conduct of the bus conductor was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, warranting immediate attention and disciplinary action.

Upon boarding the bus with my mother and cousin brother, we were appalled by the conduct of the bus conductor. Not only was the bus running late, but the conductor demonstrated a complete disregard for proper service and basic courtesy towards passengers. He was observed misbehaving with other passengers and failing to provide tickets, thereby neglecting his duty.

Furthermore, when my mother requested three full tickets to Gorai, clearly stating her destination, the conductor negligently issued tickets for Manori instead, despite her repeated clarification. This not only resulted in inconvenience but also financial loss, as the tickets issued were priced higher than the correct fare.

In addition to his failure to fulfill his responsibilities, the conductor resorted to rude behavior and raised his voice when confronted by another passenger regarding the incorrect ticket issuance. Such unprofessional conduct created a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere for all passengers on board.

This incident reflects poorly on the reputation of your transportation service and undermines the trust and confidence of passengers. As a loyal customer, I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, followed by appropriate disciplinary action against the erring conductor.

I request that strict disciplinary action be taken against the conductor based on the evidence provided, including the attached tickets clearly indicating the date, time, destination, and bus vehicle number. It is imperative that such misconduct is addressed promptly to uphold the integrity of your transportation service and ensure the safety and satisfaction of passengers.
