McCoy — Water leakage from mccoy air cooler

I purchased air cooled last friday 15 the april 2016, on saturday 16th april 2016, observed water leakage. On sunday 17th april 2016 i registered complaint via bos170416fs00007. Got complain acknowldgement from mccoy also with referance no :kar[protected]. Till today no response from either croma or mccoy. Upon calling croma customer care for 3 days 20, 21 & 22 april getting same response saying "it will be done by end of today" no response from mccoy customer care :(
Very bad experience.
