I have bought a mc coy cooler from croma store noida on 2nd april 2017. After 2-3 days water started leaking from the bac side of cooler. After 2-3 hours, complete room will get filled with water. Also, cooling is worst. We continuously faced sweating even if the cooler is on. Noise issue is also there.

2 times, service man came and do some changes & ensure that now leakage issue is resolved. After 1 day same thing happened...

I purchased air cooled last friday 15 the april 2016, on saturday 16th april 2016, observed water leakage. On sunday 17th april 2016 i registered complaint via bos170416fs00007. Got complain acknowldgement from mccoy also with referance no :kar[protected]. Till today no response from either croma or mccoy. Upon calling croma customer care for 3 days 20, 21 & 22 april getting same response saying "it will be done by end of today" no response...

Motor stopped working after one month only. When I called dealers they said to send technician but from 15 days am calling regularly at morning, afternoon and evening and they are just telling we will send tomorrow. Their tomorrow is will never come....
