I initially logged in using facebook and log in was easy i wanted to check minimum points required for getting a recharge then i faced that i cant add my phone no.in the photo provided u can see even pressing anywhere it does not respond

I did not get any recharge or any balance on my Vodafone number.. But my mcent browser aacount is showing that my recharge of 200 has successfully done.. then why my number did not get any recharge ??? I want my recharge on my number... Even i use it daily then why??? Mcent should recharge on users number... Otherwise they should stop this types of apps.. People are wasting their time on this app.. So mcent should recharge their numbers . ..

I reacharged my no.[protected] and certain points worth rupee 101 deducted from my account n reacharge gone unsuccessful n yet i have't got any refund of points nor my reacharge
Repedetly triying to get in contact o[censored]r support help but none of d feeback replied back nor the emails worked i[censored] feel like its expensive to pay back points into monetry form so you can remove those offer n get some other marketing technique

On 30.08 and 12.9.2018 on both days top up recharge of rs.30 each has failed reasons best known to you. Please do the needful soon so that the specific mobile no. Is recharged as per records held in app. If recharge system adopted for providers of airtel, vodafone, idea then why not tata docomo (T24) whose mob. Recharge done from account no [protected] to the no [protected] was not recieved since 3 days and the points are deducted from the account no [protected] and the recharge is not done as well m using mcent from a really a long time than it shows this type of problem after collecting coins for so many months and not recieving the recharge please resolve it fast

I've been referring links (One to unique link to every friend) to my friends these past few days. However, after they've downloaded the app through my invite, i didn't recieve any referral point back. Why is it like that? It's been too many times already. I'm losing hope for referring again.

Today 04.09.2018 i recharged 199 with bonus point, But my bonus point debited, but recharge not success . I used vodafone [protected], Browser shows my activity 39GB recharge received but vodafone shows balance 0. Rectify this issue .before one time I recharged 100 recharge success. Why is this problem happened?.many complaints regards recharge in online. Many complaints not resolved. Unresolved list is huge in online, In case bonus point withdrawn no problem that matter will be informed by that apps developer, That is ok, but now going matter is cheating nothing else. Please help me...my mcent browser is not doing my rechages. I have collected so many points by lot of hard work and now it is not helping me at all. I am trying to do a jio 399 recharge but it is not doing it is not giving any reaction. I am clicking on the recharge icon but recharge is not happening. Sir please help me with any solution.
