MCGM — Bill paid but showing not paid on mcgm website

I was paying mcgm water bill of amount Rs 6033/- using SBI Bank through paytm UPI payment . After filled OTP amount got deducted and it is showing successfull payment but when I'm paying new bills. It is showing me the paid amount in outstanding bills. I'm attaching screenshot of my payment below. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
