Reference to the subject matter, I would like to raise dispute with regard to online payment of Rs. 1, 75, 861.80 on 25-SEP-21 through Kotak
Mahindra Payment Gateway vide Ref No. [protected] against merchant OSBDBILLPA
The payment was debited from my account however the same has not been received by the beneficiary, request you to please investigate this matter and let me know the clearing status of the above transaction.
