MCGM — Paid water bill online but receipt not issued

I have paid a water bill of Rs 4510 through NEFT on 11/11/2020 for the CCN no. PSD5320008.Payment Ref no. is[protected] However, I have not received the receipt online. Arrange to issue the receipt or credit the amount back to my account.
