My senior citizen parents are getting 4-5 calls from medilife if we need medicines! They repetitively call my senior citizen parents and harass them every single day. My parents reach out to me to block their number but they end up calling from a different number every single time. Medlife is cheating customers and looting the customers money.

Everyday i get 5 SPAM calls from Medlife from various numbers. Example - +[protected],[protected],[protected] and several others.

There is music to begin with for 2 mins and then a customer service executive uses the name of Medlife and forces you to order medicine.

MEDLIFE is a scam and is just harassing customers. There is no way i can get rid of these call from Medlife.

I was using medlife for sometime but I got frustrated because of their spam calls and stopped ordering from them. I have also deleted the account and app.
Still I receive about 3-4 calls a day for last few months even after complaining so many times. I pick up their calls and ask them to put me in DND which they say they would but that never happens.
How can I register a complaint about them about false promises and mental harrassment...

I had returned 3 nos of 3 ml Basalog injection vial to Medlife as the product delivered to me was not as per doctor's prescription. The total refund amount was Rs 1439/-. Returning process was completed on 29th September and till date, not a single amount has been credited in this regard. I, T R Ch Prasad retired BHEL employee ordered some 13 varieties of Medicines as prescribed by BHEL Doctor Dr Savitri Bellary dated 29/09/2020 with a permission to purchase from outside sources on reimbursable basis . the same was ordered on online Medilife App on 02/10/2020.
