I have ordered 2 bedsheet vide order id[protected] another 4 bedsheets vide order id[protected]. Meesho clubs orders from the same supplier and parcels are delivered in 1 packet only. In order[protected] bedsheet was missing and under order id order id[protected] bedsheets were missing I raised return request but Meesho is not refunding for the missing products....

I have purchased a product from meesho and i wanted to return it because of quality issues so they dont pick up the order and also when i call the customer service they talk to me in such a very bad way laughing giggle repeating the same thing not resolving my problem i am calling them since 23 sept and then today on 27 sept they on their own cancelled my return request and when i called them they treat me like what the hell they where talk...

Ordered a dress online from meesho ( online shopping platform) for a person aged 28 years and they pranked by delivering a dress of a little kid.
When i requested a return and refund... Their customer support is also worst.. They didn't helped me they didn't listened rather they everytime end call half way... And they give new new excuses daily and delayed pickup everytime... This is not the matter of money But the matter of trust...

I was ordered Fancy Jewlery (one Neckless) but still not received.

I had asked for height gainer capsules in 4 packs from Meesho, I got 2 true and 2 empty capsules. When I complained to Meesho, Meesho made my return and got it picked up. After pickup, Meesho is saying that your product has not been picked up. We will not give refund but pickup has been done my contact number is [protected]...

I had ordered RD Ws-4000 earbuds from meesho app on 6 August 2022, the purchase price of which was Rs 1458.0, then I returned it but did not enter my bank account on meesho app, then when the next day on 7 August 2022, I got refund on meesho app. Stuck that didn't come even after I added my bank account.

I am sick tired of this app I don't know who the person that stolen my address and place the all this order from this app and due to this my health is also effects they this stupid company will pay my health bill because of them I get 15 call everyday from courier boy and whose courier person are also very rude I told them to track you is making all this order but non of them doing anything and not taking any action at all

From last month I am getting fake meesho order and I didn't order any of the product but today I got 15 order call from different courier say that I have order something from meesho which I didn't I want to know who is doing fake order I think someone as take my address and my name and phone number so courier person can call me I need meesho to get the person number who order it so I will able to report it...

From last month I am getting call from courier that I got messho order which I didn't order it I don't use the messho app but still I get call from Courier boy I they got messho order and it have my name address write on it
Today I got two call from courier boy that they got two order from messho which I don't order because of this I got one package I didn't order...

This is the 3rd time within 2 months I have been cheated. Let me tell you about the last one. I ordered 2 sets of kurti set but they send only 1 set
I have got the opening video. But they are not refunding.Once they mailed they will refund but after one day they denied....

The problem is their delivery partner does not call or deliver but I get messages that " Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you". I made complaint to meesho every time but problem didn't resolved.This happens all the time....

I am not able to get my refund money back as the order cancellation is not getting approved.
