I'm deeply shocked today.
I had sent my car ts 07 fc 7209 for repair to mahavir auto secunderabad last week.
I received a call today from service advisor mr. Ravi [protected] informing me that my brake pads are worn out and needs to be replaced.
I told him that it should not be the case as i was not getting any sensor alert on the display to change the brake pads when the car was with me. He started threatening me that he will manipulate with my car parts if i don't get the brake pads changed.
I was shocked to hear this. It was the first time i was hearing such a thing. I told him that i will complain to his higher authority.
He challenged me and said that nothing will happen and i can go and complain anywhere. He seemed so arrogant and confident like this is something very regular at their workshop.
I don't know what to say about this incident. I think people have lost their minds for small commercial benefits they are behaving in such a way. I have decided to post this story on every social media site and if possible i will go to court on service manipulation.
What has happened is completely unacceptable. I regret choosing mercedez benz for my luxury car brand.
I think i would get better treatment with other better brands like audi and bmw.
I will tell all my friends and relatives not to buy mercedez benz and opt for other brands.
I hope i can replace my car soon so that i dont face such shameful treatment from your service advisors. Was this information helpful? |
