I had purchased a mercedes benz c class (C-200) variant vehicle on 09.08.2020. I am sorry to say this but mbil's dealer global star auto puts the customers' interest at the end. No proper explanation was given about the vehicle at the time of handing over of the vehicle. Had it been done diligently, the problem relating to heardest electrical button would have got noted. The ordeal began after i had reported this error. Efforts were made to put the blame on me when clearly, it was a mistake on the part of the dealers.
