[Resolved]  Meru Cabs — rubbish service

I had booked genie cab of Meru cab service on 4th Feb at 15:50 PM for pickup at 16:50 PM through mobile app, then immediately SMS came showing that cab details will be shared 20 mins before pickup, but no SMS came till 16:50, Driver called me at 16:40 asking that where he has come, and he was 12 KM far from my place... I got SMS at 17:00 PM about cab details... I called customer care they told sorry for this issue, I was relying on them for pickup, after that I had to arrange auto to go to station. Due to which I had missed my train. CRN No:[protected] pickup place:- Sector- 17 rohini drop at Ananad Vihar station. NEVER USE MERU CAB, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN TILL DATE
