Respected Sir, Today date 15/04/2024 at 2110hrs Me and my son were at Traffic signal near the PVR SANGAM CINEMA. There a Meru Taxi Driver He was continuously making making hons even when he was 500mtr away from us. He used abusive words for me ans my son and misbehavior with us that person had the audacity that he told me "do whatever you want I am not scared of anyone" Just like. a Criminal man. Meru Taxi Cab. Meru cab in Mumbai, driven by Durga Prasad MIshra seriously overcharged from me on March 11 from my travel from Terminal 2, Mumbai to hotel Taj Lands End, Bandra. The normal charge is around Rs 250 for this distance but he somehow managed to show Rs 993 on his phone and forced me to pay this amount. He created scene at the hotel when i protested. But i had to pay to avoid the more scene.

We had booked cab MH02FX2551 for Thane from T2 yesterday night. The driver adamantly took a long route despite our protests. The normal route is via Sakinaka, Powai, Eastern express Highway. But this driver took us to Kalina, Kurla, Ghatkopar and then to Eastern express Highway. This resulted in a ride of extra 10 Km. The regular fair is around 800 Rs while we were charged Rs 120 + Rs.1653=1773 almost double.I demand a refund in this case...

I have booked a meru cab from Delhi airport terminal 3 to Nasirpur. The counter staff there told me that amount will be 500. At the same time Uber showed an amount of Rs 469 to the same destination. As there is not much difference I picked up meru cab. After reaching the destination the driver told me to pay Rs 674. When I questioned about the difference in amount told by the counter staff and him, he told that it's metered bill. Really looted...

I, Gaurav Issar, landed at International airport Terminal 2 on 18th July 2023, where after clearing customs I went to Meru counter for booking a cab.
At around 1500hrs the person at the counter told me I've to pay 120₹ cash for convenience and around 600₹ for the cab.

We senior doctor couple booked meru cab at counter at T2 terminal exit thru MMT code and confirmed everything with lady including all charges. When we reached at taxi the driver demanded extra money and tolls etc, . argued arrogantly joined by other meru drivers and so called very threatening meru security night IC( Ali ) . 22nd February we booked cab from airport on meru cab booking office from the number [protected] driver arrived and we boarded in car, driver keep on roaming across the same road in chanakyapuri by telling by the map total distance from airport to chanakyapuri was around 9km but he charges for 13km.
He charged 1002 from us which was too high.
Kindly refund my money...

I took a Meru cab on 11 Feb from Delhi airport T2.

OTP was 43581.

On arrival at my destination in ND110003, the driver claimed the app was not working as he said he had swiped it by mistake. He then called a number, did not cite the OTP nor his registration number, told me it was Customer Services, and charged me 950 rupees.

I was surprised as this was more than the fare from the International...

On 12 Dec 2022 morning Around 1:00 AM I took the cab from Delhi Airport Terminal T3 to Gurgaon Sector 92. And I asked price from Meru Cab ticket assistance and He mentioned the Price is 1300 /-. So we sit in the car that was very uncomfortable because in car doesn't have any space in is trunk.

So we adjusted and later he just follow his own route and we reached around 2:00 AM to our destination than he asked the bill is generated...
