Metrozip — No Return or extension of Bus pass through Metro ZIP

I bought a Pune MetroZip Bus pass for 90 days from their website in August, and my nightmare started from that day onwards. Firstly there was no information on their website regarding the commute process after the payment. I enquired from few of my friends and they said I will receive a Card through Post which I have to show while boarding the bus. I patiently waited for that pass but nothing came after one week. I called metro zip and they said it will be delivered soon wait for it. One more week passed and no pass came. After this when I called, which is in itself a pain as they don't pick up and block your no. on their will. I heard from them that there will be no pass and the process has been shifted to an APP which I have to download and Start using.

By this time 3 weeks had gone and I could not use the Bus even once.

Now at this time I had to travel abroad and I sent a mai to Metrozip stating my issues and asking them to extend the validity of my coupon due to all the delays from MetroZip. I was given a verbal confirmation as they never respond to mails. And not surprisingly they still did not extend the validity.

I am tired and fed up of their rude behaviour when I call. Till date I have sent 5 mails to which I have received no response.

Pathetic Service and worst customer care I have ever experienced.

Now my Rs. 4500 are with MetroZip and I still haven't been able to use the bus after 3 months. They don't have any escalation manager or mail I can reach to and I have lost all hope to get my money back or use metrozip.

Driver is not driving properly. He didnt looked at his both sides and was about to bang on us. Huge traffic on the road and driving was very rash.Category PB-2
My Bus pass is for R11 Route. Today morning our bus R11c failed on the way.
Driver shifted us to another bus. But that driver asked us to drop down at Phase1.From there driver asked to board in any bus. I boarded in R13 B bus.
R13 B bus driver again asked me to get down at Wipro Circle.
From there I called metrozip customer care several times, and wasted around 30 mins waiting for another bus as per their suggestion, but no luck.

Metrozip representative asked me to manage on own. And also confirmed that Metrozip will reimburse the ola cab fare.
When I sent them email with cab fare invoice, They didn't respond.After calling they straight away refuse to reimburse money.

Unprofessional and pathetic, illiterate staff.No professionalism, honesty at all.
They just loot people money.
Buses are worst quality and fails frequently.And after that you have to arrange your own transport.
Metrozip staff is hopeless and no improvement after thousands of complains.
Most of the times drivers are drunk and drive reckless.
They don't deserve even "1" rating..

If you want to reach office on time, safely and have peace of mind, just stop using Metrozip services..
