The frustration level of mine for these 2 days is at pinnacle.

A. Date: 9th dec
The bus was showing eta 40 mins late on app but came at time & was empty as one of my friend described.

Bus driver was talking on phone & didn't saw as i was even waving to him.

My trip was on thursday 30h aug 2018 (Route - r 06- orchid school balewadi phata to phase 3).. The timings was 11:18 from orchid school balewadi phata and i reached my pickup point sharpe at 11 and i waited till 11:51. However the bus didn’t came. I was not even able to track the bus, it was still showing me the same track (Near hadapsar since 1 hr). This incident happened with me before also and i am very disappointed with the service.br...

I have registered for Metrozip bus services to travel from kharadi pune to Hinjewadi. I have paid for this service. Today the bus skipped my stop, so I am not able to reach my office. The metrozip buses are coming late every day by expected time. It delays almost 1 hour every day.

The metrozip is not providing service & also not refunding the paid amount....

We are fed up with metrozip bus services in pune.
The bus gets canceled on regular basis. Sometimes it gets delayed. Also, don't provide any alternative solutions.

Everyday people have to travel standing to reach office (Even with a purchased valid pass). Sometimes buses are overcrowded.

They fool us and all it companies from hinjewadi pune, closed our regular company buses giving false promises. Even...

I have registered metrozip pass for one day and its was really freaking experience. I was reached on stop 20 minutes prior and bus driver not stopped bus even after waving hand multiple times. He took 2 girls in the bus who ran ahead and climbed in the bus. As a pregnant women i cant ran and unable to catch the bus. Really pathetic service. Bus no mh 14 cn 3259...

One of worst service. I booked pass for 1 week and on first day itself i got issues. Driver didn't stopped at my stop. When contacted customer care they are not cancelling and refunding my money. I have waived hand to driver twice and person sitting next to him did noticed me, but driver didn't stopped the bus. I want refund of my pass as i did not took service.

I bought a Pune MetroZip Bus pass for 90 days from their website in August, and my nightmare started from that day onwards. Firstly there was no information on their website regarding the commute process after the payment. I enquired from few of my friends and they said I will receive a Card through Post which I have to show while boarding the bus. I patiently waited for that pass but nothing came after one week. Hi,

I wrote 1st mail to [protected]@metrozip.in on March 16 so as to avail the service and request them to change my route as the metrozip website did not allow me to do so. I sent 2 follow up mails too. I even called customer care twice and was told on 23rd March that I will definitely get a reply same day by 3 PM but did not receive any reply or call till date.

I have heard metrozip service is good but I am not finding...
