I have started the service on friday 10th aug 2018... The first day my pickup bus was 45 mins late,.. And return bus got cancelled.
The second trip was on monday 13th aug. The same happened. The return bus got cancelled without any notification. And pickup bus was 45 mins late again.
The third trip was on 14th aug and the pickup bus got cancelled without notification.
19C morning 8:15 bus has been a problem since a month now. Hundreds of mails dropped to the team but the service is still horrible.They don't even return the money paid. Can an action be taken against this unprofessional attitude?
