I had booked metrozip from hinjewadi wipro circle to pune rto route (Ra07-18:24). The driver skipped the stop and not enabled the gps till phase 1, i was waiting there since half an hour. When i called customer care, the representative shows irresponsible behaviour, and indirectly told me to wait for 8 o'clock bus when i asked him for refund as i he is not going to process my request. This is so frustrating and shows how they are educated to help us.. Please change ivr recording for customer your care no.. Your executives are not for our assistance. Was this information helpful? |
