Hi,
I wrote 1st mail to [protected]@metrozip.in on March 16 so as to avail the service and request them to change my route as the metrozip website did not allow me to do so. I sent 2 follow up mails too. I even called customer care twice and was told on 23rd March that I will definitely get a reply same day by 3 PM but did not receive any reply or call till date.
I have heard metrozip service is good but I am not finding same which is resulting in inconvenience in travel everyday to Hinjewadi offices.
I would request Consumer complaints team to help me with this issue.
