One of worst service. I booked pass for 1 week and on first day itself i got issues. Driver didn't stopped at my stop. When contacted customer care they are not cancelling and refunding my money. I have waived hand to driver twice and person sitting next to him did noticed me, but driver didn't stopped the bus. I want refund of my pass as i did not took service.
