I booked a creta- suv on 26-8-15 on payment Rs 50000/-. as per the oral assurance given by the sales manager to me that on full payment i will get the vehicle before[protected]. on that basis, i remitted the entire amount of Rs 1338613 on or before 8-9-2015. on inquiry, i came to know that the vehicle is not yet released/ ordered in my name. it is therefore requested you take immediate steps to release the vehicle within 3 days, i will be constrained to initiate cancellation of my vehicle. Then i am entitled for interest for the entire amount from the date of remittance itself, which may please avoid.
