MGF Hyundai, Padivattom, Ernakulam — Requirement of create

I have paid full amount for CREATE 1.4 S+ during last month. My payment through bank loan. So far I haven't received any message regarding the vechicle allotment.
My friend, who booked the same through Popular Hundai
got the allotment. My earlier vechicle from you, that is why I again contacted you. Pl. Clarify the possition.
